Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchasing and are sent via parcel with Canada Post. Canada Post delivery times will vary by location. Delays with Canada Post are outside of our control and due to the current climate delays are to be expected. Thank you for your patience.

International Shipping (United States):

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchasing and are by default shipped Small Packet USA Air via Canada Post (No Tracking) with an estimated shipping time of 10-15 business days. 

Delivery times are outside of our control, therefore are not guaranteed. Delivery times do not include our processing time of 1-3 business days.

Policies

If available, tracking number will be provided at time of shipping. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Edition cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Kindly contact your local post office facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees. 

Returns & Exchanges

Regular priced products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, without damage or use of product. Exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at info@thealphabud.com

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

All discounted orders are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
